Please check OCTAE's Perkins Collaborative Resource Network (http://cte.ed.gov/) for updates. --------- The Division of Academic and Technical Education (DATE) within the U.S. Department of Education's Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE) invites new State Career Technical Education (CTE) Directors to attend an orientation session providing an overview of DATE's annual activities and requirements, including the Perkins grant award cycle, State plan submission process, and Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) process. While this session will be geared primarily towards new State CTE Directors, it is also open to more seasoned State Directors and /or new State CTE staff.
